What’s your theme song?

Our keynote address was presented by motivational speaker Deena Ebbert, “FISH philosopher.”  We knew it was going to be a lively session when, minutes into the event, Deena was singing opera tunes.  She had us all in stitches while she inspired us to think about “who you are being while you’re doing what you’re doing.”  One exercise: identify your “theme song”  — music that identifies who you are.   Brave souls from the audience shared their tunes: Time of your life (think Patrick Swayze); I’m a woman, a song that’s about respect (Sandra M.); and Mary H.‘s  Zip-a-dee doo-dah with the modified lyrics.

The FISH! Leadership philosophy that Deena presented incorporates 4 rules: Play; Make their day; Be there; and Choose your attitude.  It’s a great method for building teams, energizing customer service, and generating customer loyalty. Learn more at http://fishphilosophy.com.
